#SCTreasureHunt SCUBA Photo Contest

Our fourth annual SCUBA Treasure Hunt is going on now and all gold bars will be underwater starting July 8th. Hundreds of SCUBA enthusiasts will be looking for clues and diving for treasure in different locations. Clues are announced weekly on our SCUBA Treasure Hunt website. We want to provide an opportunity for everyone to participate by sharing their own SCUBA photos, whether you’re at the SCUBA Treasure Hunt or from your own personal SCUBA adventure.

Now through August 7th we’ll be taking entries in our #SCTreasureHunt Photo Contest, where you can enter for a chance to win these great prizes:

Grand Prize: Watershot Housing & $300 Sport Chalet Gift Card

Two Runners Up: Watershot Housing & $100 Sport Chalet Gift Card

How to Enter

Post a photo to one or all of the following places:

  • Visit the official Scuba Treasure Hunt website to login using your Facebook profile and upload a photo

  • Instagram your photo with #SCtreasurehunt

  • Tweet your photo with #SCtreasurehunt

How to win:

One winning photograph will be selected as the grand prize winner and two runners up based on points earned.

5 points: Photo taken under water, holding any Sport Chalet sign.

2 points: Any photo taken at the 2013 Scuba Treasure Hunt or anywhere, at any time, of your own scuba adventure.

15 points: A photo entry can earn up to 15 points for originality, quality, and relevance during judging.

    Looked for Bar Two for hours, this is a high altitude dive. Open water divers are not certified for high altitude, you need to be an advanced open water diver.
    Other than that, my group and other groups were at the coordinates, no bar to be found, I did find a zinc plate from a boat!
    Would love to hear when and how it was found!!!!
